It happens when I'm hungry and I have no idea what to cook and dig in. It sucks thousand times right. So, one fine day I took my courage to try new things and new ingredients I'd found in my kitchen [jungle per Se]. Well, please try this type of curry. It is milky but you won't puke easier. LoL...
Bahan - bahan :-
A [blend together]
Rempah Kurma - sepaket 250g
Serbuk ketumbar - 1 teaspoon
Serbuk jintan manis - 1 teaspoon
Serbuk jintan putih - 1 teaspoon
Serbuk kunyit - 1 tablespoon
Bawang merah - 3 ulas
Bawang putih - 2 ulas
Cili padi - 3-4 [or ikut suka tahap kepedasan]
Halia - 1 inch
Air - setengah cawan
B
Asam keping - 1 pcs
Kentang - 1 or 2 [belah 4]
Telur rebus/ayam/ikan/udang [suka hati nak yang mana satu]
Santan - sekotak [low-fat]
Garam - secukup rasa
Gula - 1 tablespoon
Cara-caranya :-
Tumis bahan A sehingga pecah minyak [or you just boil with 2-3 cawan air]. Then masukkan air 3 cawan [if you choose to saute it]. Bila mendidih masukkan asam keping and kentang. Then slowly pour the coconut milk tu sambil kacau.. Don't worry dia takkan berketul sebab you dah didihkan them all before. But please rerajinlah kacau oke.
Note to all :
If you use ayam or kinda hard to cook meat, masukkan together with kentang. If you use telur rebus/udang, masuk lepas kentang separuh empuk. Let them boil till masak sepenuhnya. Simple jek sebenarnya sebab you just can leave it boiling itself sambil buat keje lain. Just api tu jangan taruk beso sangatlah. This curry suits untuk 3-4 orang. Pepandailah modified kalau ramai yang nak melantok. LoL
