It started when Mr A coming home one sweet day and he told me he's gaining weight. It partly my fault because I always kept cooking his fav food every dinner-time. Then we made our new year resolutions not to take much carbs anymore. Less rice, less meat. So i decided to go green [vegetarian year for Us -_-]
So no more chicken [nyummmyyy!!!!]. No more normal cooking oil. No more heavy junkies after dinner. All green and fishiness :( Though I'm quite okay cause we start using brown rice this week. And we stay healthy by using extra virgin olive oil to fry anything and the most important thing, I quit eating CHICKEN. We both take it seriously about food consuming part except Alyaa since the doctor said she needs more carbs and protein to get her ideal weight for her recent height.
I really hope we can cope with this greeny thing cause I wanna stay healthy and lose some weight and I don't want my Mr A gets sick! :) I hope for the best of all! Great life with great health! Amin.....
p/s: So, I think I myself should try to drink less caffeine. I wish...
